Mini-moos www.mini-moos.com.au/ grew out of my husband “Bruce’s” deep desire to be a farmer and my immovable wish to stay an urbanite. Bruce knew that my weakness is animals and particularly those of a small and fluffy kind. Bruce’s first love is Poll Herefords but being a good Scottish lassie I leaned towards the Highlands, so one day he spied an advert in the local Tas Country announcing the sale of miniature cattle – highland crosses even and so I couldn’t resist the temptation.
